You are cordially invited to Prof. Alice Kuzniar's lecture on 18 November 2025 at 2:15 p.m. in Lecture Hall 2, Emil-Figge-Straße 50.

Alice Kuzniar, PhD, is Professor Emerita of German at the University of Waterloo, Canada. As part of her Alexander von Humboldt Fellowship, she is conducting research on Annette von Droste-Hülshoff at the Institute for Diversity Studies during the winter semester 2025/26.

Her lecture, "Homöopathie am Schnittpunkt von Philosophie, Literatur und Medizin um 1800," takes place within the framework of the interdisciplinary lecture series "Complex Bodies in Culture, Literature, and Science" and examines the cultural embeddedness of bodies and medical theory formation.

The lecture is open to everyone who is interested.
